Fix various team data files in bulk
Why is this change being made?
A number of team yml data files were pointing to incorrect GitLab users. This is due to various reasons including account renames. This change fixes these.
This change also replaces the placeholder title with the user's name for some.

This change fixes all the accounts that were detected by this script: gitlab-org/community-relations/contributor-success/toolbox!6+
