Davis Bickford enroll in director shadow program

Why is this change being made?

I would like to enroll in the Development Director Shadow Program because I am interested in learning more about the role and responsibilities of an engineering director at GitLab. I think this program will provide me with valuable insights into how engineering directors collaborate cross-functionally and manage their teams. I believe this experience will help me grow as a GitLab team member and be a more informed contributor.

I also hope to gain feedback and mentoring from @wayne 😄
