Why is this change being made?

I saw a question about how to contact AppSec on Slack. (https://gitlab.slack.com/archives/C02MK8Z3QQ2/p1683580849758649). I was surprised we didn't have this in a more accessible location.

https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/security/#-contacting-the-team mentions the GitLab group, but not the slack channel.

The root "AppSec" page feels like a good place to put this.
