Updating the staging-ref environment documet to point to the correct links
Why is this change being made?
Staging ref was recently rebuild and on account of that this MR updates the links that were changed as a part of the rebuild.
Previously, staging ref used to be a 10k Cloud native hybrid environment but it was rebuilt to 3k Cloud Native Hybrid environment. As a result the links need to be pointed to the actual reference of 3k Reference architecture rather than 10k reference architecture.
