Update HB page to remove employee no longer with company and make process slightly clearer Update index.html.md

Why is this change being made?

Updating a few details to make the labels clearer e.g. reops::triage vs reops::cait. Removing call out for past employee. Adjusting time from 1 working day, to 1-2 working days for requests to be picked up.
