Update Dev Evangelism mentoring/coaching handbook with GitLab groups to learn DevSecOps, Cloud-Native, CFPs in public
requested to merge handbook-dev-evangelism-mentoring-use-gitlab-groups-add-fy24-examples into master
Why is this change being made?
Building on the success in FY23 with a mentee landing her dream job, we also started using GitLab to organize tasks and learning goals. In FY24, I've offered mentoring again to a new mentee, with more focus on using GitLab to learn together in public, and also use GitLab to learn DevSecOps and cloud-native.
This MR updates the Dev Evangelism mentoring handbook with the latest iteration on groups, epics, templates, and best practices.
