Add extra information for Internal Request - SaaS extensions

Why is this change being made?

This is one of the proposals from the following issue: gitlab-com/support/support-team-meta#5142 (closed)

The following link has been added to our handbook, to increase awareness on the consequences of SaaS extensions: https://about.gitlab.com/free-trial/#what-is-included-in-my-free-trial-what-is-excluded

Author Checklist

• Provided a concise title for this Merge Request (MR)
• Added a description to this MR explaining the reasons for the proposed change, per say why, not just what
  • Copy/paste the Slack conversation to document it for later, or upload screenshots. Verify that no confidential data is added, and the content is SAFE
• Assign reviewers for this MR to the correct Directly Responsible Individual/s (DRI)
