Update broken resource link
Why is this change being made?
Currently, the link leads to a 404.
I found the link on the PFLAG site itself and it's also broken there.
This MR replaces it with a working link to the page that contains "Resources to Being a Lifelong Ally", which is the page where the original, broken link still exists (there's other working links on there too).
Not sure if this a desired resource or page to link to, but I wanted to get this MR going to get feedback and change it however the maintainers see fit.
