Remove CLI maintainership from kerrizor

Why is this change being made?

I was the initial engineer assigned to migrating this community project into gitlab-org/ and it was appropriate that I be a maintainer to accomplish that task as well as provide support as we staffed up a cadre of maintainers for the project internally. At this point, I no longer need to be in the rotation cycle for reviews and approvals, and as I'm not actively working on the project, it is an appropriate time to step back.
