L&R Workflow - Updating 'identifying reseller customers' section
Why is this change being made?
Currently the Working with reseller related requests workflow defines one process for identifying whether a customer purchase was made via a reseller (by checking the invoice owner
in Zuora).
There was a discussion on Slack in the #support_licensing-subscription
channel regarding identifying whether a customer is a reseller and several SEs noted there are two other places to check whether a purchase was made via a reseller channel:
- In SalesForce on a quote page (an example)
- Via the GitLab Partner Directory
This MR adds information regarding these two further sources, while reinforcing that Zuora is the SSOT for this information.
