✨ Add helping pods via Slack to prioritization
Why is this change being made?
The guidance on prioritizing work does not account for replying to requests for help in the Slack channels used for Support Pods.
The Support Pods are an important tool that Support Engineers use for technical assistance from within the GitLab Support team. Currently, the guidance on prioritizing work does not account for how the Slack channels for pods are used for folks seeking guidance on a ticket. This MR aims to adjust that.
This MR also adjusts the text to refer to Support Pods given the naming convention.
