Why is this change being made?

"Read about how to organize your calendar on the Interviewer Calendar Maintenance" currently linked to handbook homepage and makes it difficult to find "Interviewer Calendar" instructions. I've updated the link to /handbook/hiring/interviewing page. This approach is already present in Prelude page.
