Draft: Account Transition Plan Proposal

Why is this change being made?

Enhance CSM Account Transition Process:

• Create a centralized document/artifact, new CSM aide, & checklist for the account transition process where all relevant CSM notes & transition information can be documented and found
• Will help the CSM stay organized and cover all aspects that are important for transition. Will also help to identify gaps in the account that can be addressed during future customer calls.
