Add --preview false for pushing to KV

Why is this change being made?

Add --preview false when pushing to KV otherwise wrangler throws an error:

✘ [ERROR] REDIRECTS has both a namespace ID and a preview ID. Specify "--preview" or "--preview false" to avoid writing data to the wrong namespace.
