Update bike to work scheme limits

Why is this change being made?

• After a discussion with total rewards, it has transpired that UK employees have a hard limit of £1000 when participating in the cycle to work scheme. This MR updates the handbook with this information.
• It also removes references to the season ticket savings scheme as this is not (nor was it ever) available in the UK. It looks like it might be an Irish thing only.
