Update ongoing projects for Container Registry team

Why is this change being made?

Updates the Container Registry team ongoing projects list with:

• Adding @suleimiahmed as backup DRI for the storage usage visibility project. This has been a long-running critical project and as such we're better of having a backup DRI. I have synced with Suleimi to get him up to speed on the project.
• Adding data transfer visibility project, which is starting to move (slowly). I'm signing up as primary DRI for this.
