Add FAQ entry to answer the "Can the customer use offline & cloud licensing at the same time" question

Why is this change being made?

This FAQ update aims to clarify whether or not the customers can use an Offline license and Cloud activation code at the same time, and if/where the customers can find their license. A screenshot for visualization of how this looks in the Customers Portal UI:
