Update social media tips for Developer Evangelism (LinkedIn focus & QR code mobile, Twitter updates, Mastodon tips)
Why is this change being made?
In July 2023, Twitter temporarily announced rate limits, requires user logins, and deprecated the free Tweetdeck feature (available to verified paid users only).
This MR updates the Developer Evangelism on Social Media handbook to
- Shorten the content share sections
- Add manual and schedule share options (i.e. LinkedIn added scheduled posts recently)
- Put more focus on LinkedIn
- Add Mastodon and Bluesky as experimental platforms
- Add Mastodon tips (required for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/marketing/community-relations/dev-evangelism/de-tmm-meta/-/issues/123+ )
- Document the LinkedIn mobile app QR Code connect workflow (required to close https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/marketing/community-relations/dev-evangelism/de-tmm-meta/-/issues/129+ )
- Update the Raycast emoji workflow
- Revise messaging tips, newsletters
