Updating Interview Training and Preparation Details - Shadow Scorecards
Why is this change being made?
We have discussed this topic as a TA Leadership team in Slack and this MR provides additional clarification related to how interview shadow scorecards should be used in the interview training process. Shadow trainees will receive a Greenhouse scorecard and access via Greenhouse to the candidate resume, prep, visuals into the questions being asked etc.; this MR clarifies that the shadow scorecard should only be used for training purposes and should NOT be submitted alongside the interviewer scorecard as part of the candidate's GH scorecard packet. This MR also provides an interview training best practices guidance that interviewer and shadower should meet after the interview to discuss feedback on scorecard formatting, key takeaways etc. (ideally in a sync touchpoint). Furthermore, this MR clarifies that interview notes should only be taken in Greenhouse scorecards.
