Why is this change being made?

• In preparation for the key review
• Graded availability to needs attention in-light of the recent incident
• Made progress on monolith pipeline duration and stability
• TfFF and Review app for monolith now PI
• Concise language in exec summary (bullet points), links should be in KPI/PI description
• Disclaimer that Retention, Handbook MR Rate & Discretionary rate will be a combined measure later.
• FY24Q2 OKRs graded
