Update team members page with actual team member usernames
What does this MR do?
Updates team.yml usernames where they either point to a vacant username or the username belongs to a community member (not a team member).
Why is this change being made?
We use the GitLab username as it appears in team.yml internally to determine access to certain things that non-team members don't have; therefore, it's important that we keep the team member usernames up to date and accurate.
