Temporary workarounds lifecycle process for GitLab Dedicated
Why is this change being made?
In order to keep the lights on for GitLab Dedicated, there are situations where we need to apply temporary workarounds for bugs on upstream libraries that are outside of our control. Some of these temporary workarounds may imply some manual operations to be performed by the team at periodic times, which is toil that adds up in the team's cognitive load. To ensure that the team's cognitive load is not filled by toil, we propose in this MR a temporary workaround lifecycle process.
