Update default blog image to new logo

Why is this change being made?

Replaces the default blog image - this image is used when a blog (or release post) doesn't have a specific image. It also gets fed as the opengraph image. This means when a blog post is shared on a service that serves a preview (e.g. slack, twitter, etc), this image is used.

Currently the default blog image is based on the old logo. This MR provides a candidate that could be used in the interim until a 'better' default image can be created.
