Updating currency change section
Why is this change being made?
Hi @mwilkins
I'm wondering if we should remove this section about currency changes from the handbook?
Team members that changed their local currency in the past frequently looked to change it back after a while due to issues with their banks, issues with receiving a mortgage or loan etc.
A currency change has to go through a number of approvals in Workday, that we often need to chase and managing different currencies in one country is extra work for our payroll team.
I don't think this process is scalable as we grow.
CC @gl-people-connect-team @sszepietowska if you have thoughts on this too?
