Updates to Kapok Handbook page: team building, markdownlint

Why is this change being made?

I added some info about our Spotify playlists in the team building section. I also cleaned up some markdownlint issues and added the Zoom link for our NRTea meeting, to bring it in line with the existing information about our Kapok Crush meeting.
