✨ [GitLab Dedicated] Add note on filtering by correlation ID

Why is this change being made?

As @definitelynotsam suggested during the gitlab-com/support/support-pairing#10519 GitLab Dedicated pod pairing earlier today, this update the workflows to hint that it is possible to filter by correlation ID.
