Why is this change being made?

• This change updates the SaaS, Self-Managed and Dedicated Troubleshooting tables to suggest that Support Engineers use the GitLab Dedicated Logs prior to raising an issue with the GitLab Dedicated team.

This is an important step in our efforts to streamline the Support process for GitLab Dedicated.

Additionally, this MR explains the architecture of a Gitlab Dedicated tenant a bit further.
