Why is this change being made?

Revert previous change.

The POA&M Template Completion Guide clearly states:

Once the vendor makes the fix available, the CSP has 30 days to remediate high vulnerabilities, 90 days to remediate moderate vulnerabilities, and 180 days to remediate low vulnerabilities from the date the vendor makes the fix available.
