What

As we agreed in gitlab-com/gl-infra/gitlab-dedicated/team#2642, this MR renames "support request" to "Request for Help".

Why

This makes the approach in GitLab Dedicated conformant with what we use to get help from every other team in GitLab. See How to Use GitLab.com to Formally Request Help from the GitLab Development Team.
