Revert policy on exchange rates for bonus processing.

Why is this change being made?

Due to unforeseen issues with payroll processing, we would need to update the conversion rates in Workday monthly in order to use these rates for bonus processing. At this time, we will be reverting the bonus processing policy back to using the set FX rates that are refreshed every 6 months until there is a more efficient way to maintain the more frequently refreshed rates in Workday.

I'll loop in the impacted teams to confirm this change has been made once approved (ex. Payroll, People Connect, Comp team)
