Auto populate review app link in announcements section

Why is this change being made?

The Alert the product team of the top/primary items in Slack item requires the RPM to post a message to #release-post channel that includes a link to the review app. However, the review app link is not automatically populated as is the case with other such required messages.

For convenience, this MR proposes an update to the release post MR template that will automatically populate the link to the review app.
