Last step for setting up training environment is incorrect

CHANGEME - add the details saying why, not just what.

When going through the steps of setting up a cloud training environment the last step says

  1. Upon successful login you should reach a page that says My Test Group - YOUR USERNAME. This is your sandbox group inside the GitLab training environment where you can complete all the lab activities.

This is incorrect. Upon login you will reach a page that says "Welcome to GitLab" and there are additional steps required to reach the groups. This MR adds those steps as to avoid confusion in the future.
