Refine exit criteria for the AI Integration WG

Sarah Waldner requested to merge master-patch-595f into master

Why is this change being made?

We are no longer meeting as a working group or actively collaborating as we have momentum in our AI integration effort and we have reorganized product groups to effectively meet the demands of the market. I am updating the exit criteria to officially the end the working group since the criteria was out of date. The list I am proposing is shorter. I have removed the following points:

Point removed Reasoning
We have a roadmap plan to achieve GA for our initial AI experiments. This remains important but is not within the scope of the working group because we have established clear ownership of experiments that we want to mature and it is the responsibility of the Product managers for that group to create a roadmap as they would do for any other feature.
Move SAFE to the public handbook where appropriate We have established the AI Powered stage and we have allocated AI features to respective groups for ownership. Product Managers will include SAFE information on their respective direction pages as appropriate. This is not the job of the working group.
Develop an evaluation process of user experience between options to make more intelligent decisions on which engineering solution we recommend. It was unclear what point means and therefore it is being removed. We have established UX methodologies that can be applied.
