Add Sarah Yasonik as reviewer for analytics instrumentation

Why is this change being made?

As I join the groupanalytics instrumentation team, I'll need to perform analytics_instrumentation reviews, so I'd adding myself as a reviewer.

While I wind down grouprespond tasks & onboard to groupanalytics instrumentation, I'll keep myself marked as busy, but I should be able to start taking on reviews pretty quickly again after that.
