Add AI metrics

Anne Lasch requested to merge master-patch-963f into master

Why is this change being made?

💡 Provide a detailed answer to the question on why this change is being proposed, in accordance with our value of Transparency.

CHANGEME - add the details saying why, not just what.

We have created a set of metrics that teams can use when evaluating the UX of AI powered features. We are currently piloting the metrics and by adding them to the handbook invite teams to use them in upcoming Solution Validation. As we are still piloting the metrics, we are not adding the detailed survey questions at this point, but keep it focused on the constructs and linking to the AI UX metrics survey that teams can and should use during the pilot.
