Vulnerability Research: Update the issue tracker

The Vulnerability Research shifted from its own issue tracker, awesomesauce, over to issues on the gitlab-org/gitlab repo with the group::vulnerability research label as way to make our work more visibile both within and outside of the company and facilite cross-team collaborations.
