Update Live Optimisation handbook page

Why is this change being made?

The handbook page for Live Optimization has been updated.

This change adds links to resources that can be shared with customers as alternatives to a synchronous Live Optimisation session when participating to a webinar is more appropriate.

Live Optimisation sessions are focused on helping customers achieve specific goals and outcomes and work towards a scaled or future usage of Ultimate. When customers are looking for generic best practices on using the platform, the content provided during CSM webinars would be more appropriate.

    • For high-priority company-wide announcements work with the internal communications team to post the update in #company-fyi and align on a plan to circulate in additional channels like the "While You Were Iterating" Newsletter
