Why is this change being made?

💡 Provide a detailed answer to the question on why this change is being proposed, in accordance with our value of Transparency.

Enhance the Developer Events Handbook by providing details on
the types of events we support, the assets we provide and
details on how to leverage them, as well as frequently asked
questions asked in events. Also fixes a few minor formatting
and grammar issues.
