Remove weekly Plan meeting

Why is this change being made?

Of the last 7 Plan weekly meetings only 2 have had any topics, and only 1 properly in advance of the meeting.

This MR proposes to remove the meeting entirely, as it seems to no longer be necessary. It's likely to be because the different aspects of the meeting are covered in different ways and the meeting itself no longer has a purpose.

In its place, we should promote existing ways to socialize, communicate progress of work, and ask for help.

When complete the MR will:

• Remove the Weekly Stage Meeting
• Add a specific section for the social call, to promote attendance there and improve stage-wide team cohesion
• Add a section on recorded demos of work in progress, to encourage a culture of constant demonstration
