Create DRI training page

For the People Ops Training scheduled for 2018-08-02:

Working from the presentation @BarbieGitLab provided me, I'm creating a page called Directly Responsible Individuals Training for our upcoming training meeting.

This is a first and incomplete draft of the final page, and it should be iterated on as we near the training date.
