direction/gitaly: Split out separate section for Git directions
Why is this change being made?
We have started to invest more into Git. Due to it being a separate project outside of GitLab's direct control it makes sense to treat it specially in our directions.
Split out a separate section for Git directions and move existing items into it as makes sense. Furthermore, extend the directions.
