Promote Taka to auto-deploy-image maintainer

Why is this change being made?

I'd like to propose @takax as an auto-deploy-image maintainer.

In the last year, Taka has been working as a trainee maintainer on this project, and has been involved with the majority of important topics related to it. Such as:

• Dependency management through out the whole Auto DevOps chain.
• Changes to our golang test framework.
• Feature additions to our Helm chart.
• Versioning/Release process.
• Documentation improvements.

From the collaboration I had with him through out this last year, I'm confident that @takax is ready to step up and become an invaluable maintainer for this project.
