Redirect broken stage URLs

Hanif Smith-Watson requested to merge hsmith-watson-master-patch-3dfa into master

Redirecting links to /stages-devops-lifecycle/ai-powered/ and /stages-devops-lifecycle/modelops/ currently visible on 20+ live pages. These URLs are autogenerated by devops-lifecycle-icons.haml but the stages URLs does not exists and returns a 404 error code.

This is the best option, the other option is to create a ruby script to handle 404s.
