Remove duplicate content between Job Families and Hiring pages

This merge request should remove some duplicate content between the Job Families and Hiring pages. It should also make both pages a little more uniform in voice and style.

After looking at both pages more extensively, I don't believe the problem is duplicate content so much as format and clarity. I've made some updates on both those fronts.
