Git protocol v2 enabled on GitLab.com
In GitLab 11.4 we added support for new Git protocol and announced that SSH support would be enabled soon.
It has now been enabled https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/infrastructure/issues/5244 (23 Nov).
