Explain grant options acceptance

For one that does not understand much about Stock Options, the Carta UI might be a bit ambiguous. When I read I could "Accept your Options Grant", I was not sure if this would start an "Exercise Options Grant". So I couldn't find in the handbook this explanation. Although, I found out that two people had already asked this question in Slack. So perhaps it would be nice to add it to the Handbook as well.
