We have two things called "forum". There is the GitLab.com Support Forum at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/support-forum/issues specifically for questions relating to GitLab.com, and there is the more general forum at https://forum.gitlab.com.
Not changing the URL to avoid breaking links.
