This replaces a previous file with the wrong file extension

@ChadMalchow Ernst told me that the file needed to be index.html.md instead of template.md. I asked Haydn if I could simply rename the file and re-merge it. He wasn't sure so he asked Jose via slack. Jose said that this is not possible and that I need to resubmit a second file with the correct file extension. I copied and pasted the original file into this file so it should be all set.
