Replace the word "pain" from the "Low level of shame" description in the handbook.

Erick Bajao requested to merge low-level-shame-handbook into master

I have an on-boarding task related to making an improvement to the handbook. This is one entry in the handbook that got me thinking the first time I read it. I might be just misinterpreting the phrase so I'm open to be enlightened if ever.

This is related to the "Low level of shame" description. I feel the word "pain" does not go well or highlights the positive side of this value. In my mind, I won't feel pained releasing the smallest, simplest possible version of a fix/feature knowing I have the bigger picture in mind. It's intentional and I "trust the process" and there's actually no shame in that.

Not sure if this is missing a phrase or two to deliver a more positive message.

Open for suggestions and corrections 😄
