Move largest Product sections to individual pages

James Ramsay (ex-GitLab) requested to merge jramsay/product-handbook-refactor into master

The three largest sections of the Product handbook have grown very large. Before refactoring further, this moves the core content into the three major topics: principles, process and how to contribute
